Peggy Nzomo, University Libraries, is the 2016 recipient of the American Library Association (ALA) International Relations Committee’s “Bogle-Pratt International Library Travel Fund.” She received this award at the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) World Library and Information Congress held Aug. 13-19 in Columbus, Ohio. She also was one of 50 librarians who received the 2016 IFLA Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) Fellows scholarship.

The þҹӰԺѹۿ State Faculty/Staff Bowling League is now accepting new teams, members and substitute bowlers. Bowlers compete weekly on Monday evenings at 6:20 p.m. at Spins Bowl þҹӰԺѹۿ (formerly Bill White’s Twinstar Lanes) on state Rt. 59 in þҹӰԺѹۿ.
The Faculty/Staff Bowling League is open to all full-time, part-time and retired employees, as well as their families and friends.
The 2017-2018 þҹӰԺѹۿ State bowling season begins Sept. 18 and continues through April 9, 2018. The cost is $14 a week.
