If you are a degree-seeking student at ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ and you plan to enroll directly in a university abroad outside of ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State’s partner programs during the fall, spring, or summer semester, and wish to obtain aid, you must complete a Consortium Agreement in order to receive your financial aid.
