Angela Spalsbury, Ph.D., of Chesterland, Ohio, has been selected as the new dean and chief administrative officer of þҹӰԺѹۿ at Geauga in Burton and þҹӰԺѹۿ State’s Regional Academic Center in Twinsburg. A þҹӰԺѹۿ State alumna, Dr. Spalsbury currently serves as professor and chair of the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Youngstown State University. She will join þҹӰԺѹۿ State on Jan.
The Three Minute Thesis (3MT) Finals are Friday, Oct. 27, from noon-2 p.m. in the þҹӰԺѹۿ Student Center Kiva. The 3MT gives þҹӰԺѹۿ graduate students just three minutes and one PowerPoint slide as tools to explain their research in a clear, engaging and concise manner.
