Pollinator Day, proudly presented by ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ as a proud Bee Campus USA, will welcome all visitors to the KSU Pollinator Garden to celebrate our campus pollinators on September 5 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. The garden is located near the blue running track between Henderson Hall and DeWeese Health Center. ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ recently welcomed home a living legacy of its past when Ellen Engleman Conners, former chair of the National Transportation Safety Board and great-granddaughter of ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State’s third president, visited campus for the first time. Engleman Conners visited ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State to learn more about the legacy of her great-grandfather, James Ozro Engleman, who led ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State from 1928 to 1938, and his wife, Anna Ulen Engleman, a poet, for whom ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State’s Anna Ulen Engleman Creative Writing Award is named.¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State Today was present when Engleman Conners made her first stop:...
