�þ���ҹ����ӰԺ��ѹۿ�

1. Download the IM Leagues app, or register online at 
2. Select the CREATE ACCOUNT button (DO NOT Sign-Up with Facebook).
3. Fill in information using your kent.edu email address. Make sure you type your First and Last Name as it appears on record with �þ���ҹ����ӰԺ��ѹۿ� State (refer to your FLASH ID).
4. Click or tap CREATE ACCOUNT at bottom of page.

• You will be sent an email to confirm your account.
• If you don’t receive an email, please contact the Intramural Sports Professional Staff.

All intramural registrations will occur on the IMLeagues website. Before creating your team, all potential team members should purchase an Intramural Sports Play-Pass from our membership website. The person creating the team will be recognized as the “team captain” to manage, and communicate on behalf of this team during their season. Once a team captain is determined, here’s how a team should be created:

1. to login to IMLeagues with your �þ���ҹ����ӰԺ��ѹۿ� State account
2. After logging in, you will be directed to the �þ���ҹ����ӰԺ��ѹۿ� State home page on IMLeagues. From here, click or tap on the sport/activity that you want to participate in.
3. Click or tap on the League that you wish to create a team for
   • “League” refers to the gender/classification of participants that are competing against one another.
4. Determine which “Division” that your team wants to sign up for. This will be the timeslot that your team plays each week. (Example: Mondays at 6:00 PM)
   • It is a good idea to know your team’s availability ahead of time, to speed up the registration process.
5. Click the “+ Create Team” button under the Division that your team wants to sign up for
   • Each team will automatically be created on the “Waitlist” for their League. WAITLISTED TEAMS WILL NOT BE ASSIGNED ANY GAMES.
   • To get your team off of the Waitlist, and into a Division, you must meet the minimum player requirement for that sport, which is outlined by the remaining steps.
6. Before creating your team, the captain must pass the rules quiz associated with that sport/activity.
   • You must get a perfect score to pass the rules quiz
   • These quizzes are designed to inform our participants about important rules, and policies relating to Intramural sports, and the rules of that specific activity, and should only take a few minutes to complete.
7. Select an appropriate team name, and type your KSU Username in the appropriate boxes
   • Optional – IM Leagues will suggest a team logo based on your team name, please make sure this is also appropriate if utilized!
8. Rank the Divisions by placing them in the order that your team prefers.
   • The team captain can update these preferences later in the Team Settings.
9. Now that your team is created, you’ll need to invite players to join your team by searching for their name, or by using their �þ���ҹ����ӰԺ��ѹۿ� State email address.
   • In order to accept the invitation, the participant must purchase an Intramural Sports Play-Pass to become eligible
10. Once your team has met the minimum player requirement for the sport/activity, your team will automatically be moved into a Division. IMLeagues will move your team to your highest rated Division that has a vacancy. The captain will be notified via email once this occurs.
    • Divisions are filled on a first come, first served basis.

1. Login to with your �þ���ҹ����ӰԺ��ѹۿ� State account
   • Click the blue button that says, “KSU Login”, which will initiate the �þ���ҹ����ӰԺ��ѹۿ� State SSO login
     • If you are already logged into your �þ���ҹ����ӰԺ��ѹۿ� State account in another tab (outlook, FlashLine, etc.), you will automatically be signed in.
     • If not, then use your �þ���ҹ����ӰԺ��ѹۿ� State credentials to login
   • Once logged in, click the image that says INTRAMURAL SPORTS with the IMLeagues logo
2. After logging in, you will be directed to the �þ���ҹ����ӰԺ��ѹۿ� State home page on IMLeagues.
   • If you do not see a list of activities, tap the “Sports” button in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
3. Click or tap on the Sport/Activity that your team wants to play
4. Click or tap on the League that you wish to create a team for
   • “League” refers to the gender/classification of participants that are competing against one another.
   • Examples include: Men’s, Fraternity, Women’s, or Co-Rec (mixed gender team composition).
5. Determine which “Division” that your team wants to sign up for. This will be the timeslot that your team plays each week. (Example: Mondays at 6:00 PM)
   • It is a good idea to know your team’s availability ahead of time, to speed up the registration process.
   • The code in front of the timeslot (M1, W2, CR3, etc.) is used by the Intramural Sports staff to identify a division by a shorter name.
6. Click the “+ Create Team” button under the Division that your team wants to sign up for
   • Each team will automatically be created on the “Waitlist” for their League. WAITLISTED TEAMS WILL NOT BE ASSIGNED ANY GAMES.
   • To get your team off of the Waitlist, and into a Division, you must meet the minimum player requirement for that sport, which is outlined by the remaining steps.
7. Before creating your team, the captain must pass the rules quiz associated with that sport/activity.
   • You must get a perfect score to pass the rules quiz
   • These quizzes are designed to inform our participants about important rules, and policies relating to Intramural sports, and the rules of that specific activity, and should only take a few minutes to complete.
   • The quiz will have a document of the rules for that sport linked for reference
   • The quiz is intended to be easy if you take time to read the question and the rules!
8. After passing the quiz, the captain will need to sign the waiver. To sign the waiver, check the box, read through the agreement, click the “Accept” button, and write your full name in the box
9. Next, select an appropriate team name, and type your KSU Username in the appropriate boxes
   • Optional – IM Leagues will suggest a team logo based on your team name, please make sure this is also appropriate if utilized!
10. Rank the Divisions by placing them in the order that your team prefers.
    • The team captain can update these preferences later in the Team Settings.
11. The last step to create a team is to adjust the team settings. Here is our recommendation for your team’s settings:
    • Auto-Accept Members à ON
    • Looking for Free Agents à ON if you need more team members, OFF if you already know you’ll have enough players
    • Send Game Reminders à ON and set to “Day Of Game”
    • Check box to allow updates to be sent via text
    • Cell phone text alerts will only be sent for your Game Reminders or urgent updates and reminders from the Intramural Staff (Standard texting and data rates apply)
12. Now that your team is created, you’ll need to invite players to join your team by searching for their name, or by using their �þ���ҹ����ӰԺ��ѹۿ� State email address.
    • In order to accept the invitation, the participant must purchase an Intramural Sports Play-Pass to become eligible.
13. Once your team has met the minimum player requirement for the sport/activity, your team will automatically be moved into a Division. IMLeagues will move your team to your highest rated Division that has a vacancy. The captain will be notified via email once this occurs.
