¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State Held Fall Commencement Ceremonies on Dec. 13 and 14

The ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ alumni family grew by nearly 3,000 new graduates as the university held its Fall Commencement ceremonies. For the ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ Campus, Commencement ceremonies took place Friday, Dec. 13, and Saturday, Dec. 14, at the Memorial Athletic and Convocation (MAC) Center.

Kenzie Alge, a ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ certified flight instructor and 2019 graduate, and Alex Johnson, a ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State junior flight technology student, make up the ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State team competing in the 2019 Air Race Classic that starts June 18 in Jackson, Tennessee.

Throughout her time at ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´, Ya'el Courtney completed a Senior Honors Thesis/Project, authored several published peer-reviewed journal articles and presented at several national and international conferences. As she continues her education at Harvard University, she intends to conduct a significant amount of research focusing on psychiatric diseases.
