When U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg visited ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State this summer, he and U.S. Representative (and ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State alumna) Emilia Sykes toured the College of Aeronautics and Engineering and the May 4 Visitors Center.
Student Is Now the Teacher
Tatee Sakr's path to success in the fashion world started at ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´. As a 19-year-old immigrant to the U.S., Sakr chose ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ because it was close to her new home in Cleveland and had a reputable fashion design program. Now an industry professional, she is giving back as a key faculty member.

Crawford Hall Nears Completion
Anticipation grows as construction on the new home of ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State's Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship nears completion. The university's newest and largest building will house innovative, state-of-the-art spaces for learning, collaboration and engaging in valuable, hands on business experiences.

Each spring, students in ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State's Child Development Center look forward to "Bioblitz." It's a day spent in the woods near their center with exploration, discovery and hands-on learning about nature.

‘Dazzling Day and Night’ Pairs with Old Hollywood Style as New Exhibits Debut at ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State
The ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ Museum celebrated the opening of two new fashion collection exhibits, one of which honors the ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State School of Fashion’s founders and another the style of Hollywood legend Katharine Hepburn. During the celebration, retiring museum director Sarah Rogers was honored, and incoming director Sarah Spinner Liska, Ph.D., was introduced.

An exhibit in the Armstrong Gallery, inside ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State's College of Architecture and Environmental Design, explores the intersection of digital and physical realities using artificial intelligence and digital fabrication.
