¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ graduate Pacifique Niyonzima, who as a child survived the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi in Rwanda, is now back living in Rwanda leading ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State’s outreach efforts there.
